imagine if breathing weren’t vital.

imagine it were some social construct or some culture that the media wants to impose on you to force you to consume more.

breathing would be something that only people who are financially able to afford it can practice. wellness gurus would sell you monthly programs and health routines to teach you how to breathe and how to be well while breathing. people would then flaunt how they’ve all started breathing and how good they feel after breathing.

but breathing is vital.

this is my way of reminding you to take several slow, deep breaths today. to stop, relax, and then try again. and if you need to breathe more to feel better, go ahead. it’s the world’s most free activity. 🙂
