Found a New Home: since December 21st, 2014.
Hi there,
Thanks for checking in. ‘Found A New Home’ is a little online journal on which I share some thoughts and commentary on every-day reflections and occurrences. However, I initially created this blog because I felt like I needed “the space to express myself” and that my social media profiles could not contain the networks and multitude of colors that make up my mind (pretty ambitious for a 15-year-old, don’t you think?).
I created this blog as a way to externalize my thoughts, sure, but also to share my everlasting purpose of bringing some softness into this world. I write everything with hopes that my content might actually help someone feel better, even if slightly. I wish that whatever is written on here puts a smile on your face and even helps you find somebody on this earth who is navigating situations perhaps close to the ones you’re navigating too.
Finally, you should know that at the end of almost every post, you’ll find a list of songs I listened to while writing because 1. I almost never write without listening to music, and 2. it could be a great way for you to discover some new tracks (and awesome Spotify playlists).
That said, welcome to ‘Found A New Home’. Hopefully, you’ll enjoy it here.
